Ecoras is a consultancy company in the field of the biobased and circular economy, and is located at Duinkerkenstraat 13 (9723 BN) in Groningen. We can be reached by telephone at 050 – 317 55 50 and by email at Ecoras is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 57016712.

Purpose of data

The collection of data by Ecoras has two bases for processing:

  • a legitimate interest
  • With regard to the execution of an agreement

To be able to work properly, Ecoras collects data of persons to be able to use them in future projects where a wide network is applicable, or to be able to get in touch with you – again – if necessary, and to correspond with you.

In addition, we collect data with regard to the execution of an agreement drawn up between Ecoras and the commissioning party, in order to be able to communicate properly prior to, during and after the project execution.

Ecoras also collects data from you in order – with your permission – to be able to send you any relevant information in the form of newsletters or otherwise. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

When visiting our website, technical data is automatically provided by your equipment to our computers / servers. This concerns only technical, functional and analytical cookies.

Data recipients

The data that we collect from you are kept in our well-secured CRM system, and are only accessible and comprehensible to Ecoras employees who have an interest in doing so, in order to carry out the work correctly. Storage period

The personal data will be stored as long as it may be relevant to the business operations of Ecoras, or until you yourself indicate that we should remove these data.
